The large lotus is adorned by even more tiny blossoms and leaves - all hand sculpted, then fused into place on the sterling silver structure before the stone is nestled into its custom prongs. Even the back is decorated with more tiny details.
Handcrafted almond-shaped links (one with a peridot bead drop) add artisan style to the chain from which the pendant hangs freely by a hidden bail (pendant is not removable). The clasp is special too: sculpted flowers with bezel set peridot cabochons decorate both the hook and loop.
The lotus is dark-oxidized to bring out the details, but the highest quality Argentium sterling silver is low tarnish for easy care and 100% recycled silver content - good for people and the planet! It's also hypoallergenic for those who are metal sensitive.
Signed on the reverse by the artist. Polishing cloth included for occasional brightening.
