I've been mixing gemstones in my recent jewelry - big bold, rose cut stones for vivid color with small faceted accent stones for a tiny contrast.

Much of my jewelry for the last many years involves a heavy black patina in the recesses to highlight all the hand-sculpted details. But recently, I've started a new collection that leaves that black area open. The new work is lighter and brighter, but still totally me.
